At Lex Fit Out we are a company which specialises in providing interior construction services within the office, hospitality, retail, food and beverage, and education. We believe that it is our responsibility to deliver every project to meet customer expectations on quality, budget and timeline. We understand that it is our accountability to ensure that the delivery of every project will remain committed and that the client is updated upon the agreed time frame throughout. Our team offers experience, creativity, integrity and technical expertise to any office and retail space. We understand that there are two major elements in any fit out - cost control and programmes, and consequently through incorporating these aspects we assure both successful outcomes and the timely delivery of our work. And we also ensure to always bring out the best in budget.

​I have been in the commercial building industry for the last twenty years, delivering multiple projects in areas such as commercial buildings, shops and education sectors, for a variety of both major and minor companies. My experience also includes:
  • Developing and building a strong rapport with site teams, and both internal and external stakeholders
  • Purchasing necessary supplies
  • Co-ordination of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Overseeing all site operations on a day to day basis
  • Client liaison and customer service management to ensure the successful delivery of a project on schedule
  • On site presentation of design concepts to clients
  • Design and execution of the project plan as directed by clients
  • Management of the provided budget and timeline for each project
  • Risk management analysis
  • Onsite OHS implementation and compliance at each site
